Our teams are made up of highly professional, specialist investment professionals whose depth and breadth of skills, expertise and experience provide a new level of value-add to entrepreneurs.
Collectively, our team has over 250 years business experience working in more than 15 industries including IT, financial services, technology, real estate, education, healthcare, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. On top of this our teams have over 100 years experience in private equity investing, some of which acquired at the world’s leading private equity firms.
On top of this, our investment professionals include trained accountants, lawyers, tax professionals, entrepreneurs, marketers, HR professionals, administrators and more, giving us the skills and experience to be true business partners to our entrepreneurs.
We are also physically on-the-ground in the markets we operate in. We have offices in Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and the UK, which enables us to provide hands-on support to our entrepreneurs. On average, our teams spend five hours a week directly supporting each of our partner entrepreneurs.
